We are confident you are going to love your furniture, but if in the unlikely event you don’t, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of the date received, for the full purchase price. You will only be responsible for the “actual shipping” cost to you and back to us. “Actual shipping cost”, is the amount we pay to ship the product to you and if necessary return to us. The merchandise must be returned in it’s original packaging to protect it from damage.
Items we make to customers finish and/or fabric specifications are considered special ordered, and are not returnable. We will repair or replace any merchandise that arrives damaged at our expense

Shipping Charges
Some of the items on the site can be sent United Parcel Service (UPS) or (Fed-Ex) others must be sent via Motor Freight. Whenever applicable Ups or Fed-Ex charges are as stated. If items capable of shipping (UPS) or Fed-ex are shipped Motor Freight,the shipping cost below applies to the entire order and (UPS) or Fed-ex charges do not apply.
Shipping Charges are determined by order total and time zone
Items delivered via Motor Freight are delivered to your building but are not unwrapped and carried into your house or business. If you live within a 35 mile radius of our store call for local delivery details.
If you ship your order to a business location, you may deduct $40 off your motor freight cost. Note: this must be a business located in a commercial area with regular hours. Home office locations do not qualify for this discount.
