BX Manufactures Warranty Information for our Rattan and Wicker Frames
Wicker and Rattan frames carry a 1-year warranty from date merchandise was received. This warranty covers defects and does not include damage due to acts of nature, or abuse.
Note: A one year warranty does not mean you should expect the furniture to last for only one year. I have been in the business for over 30 years and can count on one hand the number of time it has been necessary to replace a rattan or wicker frame. In fact, a big part of my business is supplying replacement cushions to past customer after they have used their furniture for many years and need only to replace the cushions on their rattan or wicker frames.
Seat Construction
No-Sag Springs: A sinuous wire, no-sag type spring is used throughout. These springs are fully tempered to provide maximum resilience, more body support, and greater seating comfort for the life of the product. No-Sag type spring carry a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers defects and does not include damage due to acts of nature, or abuse. 
Wire Permalator: A Wire grid is inserted and stapled to frame, covered by a layer of  foam and denim. This provides support and seating comfort for the life of the product. The wire permalator carries a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers defects and does not include damage due to acts of nature, or abuse.
Pirelli Webbing: Woven strips of strong elastic material. This provides support and seating comfort for the life of the product.  This warranty covers defects and does not include damage due to acts of nature, or abuse. 
Sinuous Wire: A sinuous wire spring is used throughout.  These springs are fully tempered to provide maximum resilience, more body support, and greater seating comfort for the life of the product.  These springs carry a three (3) warranty.  This warranty covers defects and does not include damage due to frieght handling, acts of nature, or abuse. 
Standard Back Cushions: Loose Back  Cushions: Loose pillow backs are filled with 100% Dacron polyester fiber. On selected styles, covers are “pocket-sewn” to retain shape. All fiber backs carry a 1-year guarantee of performance and frequent “fluffing” is recommended to maintain proper appearance.  
Seat Cushions: The Comfort Plus cushion is standard in selected styles only. A minimum 1.8 density, high resilience, high performance polyurethane foam provides this cushion with extra support, durability and constant comfort. This cushion carries a 1 year limited, warranty, which covers the loss of resiliency only, The loss of resiliency is not to be confused with normal fatigue, which occurs in all foam as a result of use aging. Frequent turning of the cushions is recommended to maximize life expectancy. 
The Comfort Spring cushion is available in selected styles only, This handcrafted cushion features individually wrapped coil springs laminated top and bottom to a high performance polyurethane foam and then wrapped in a .25-ounce polyester fiber. Seating comfort is superb. This cushion carries a five-year warranty to the original owner.
The Fiber Plus cushion is standard in selected styles only. This handcrafted cushion has an inner core of high resilience, high performance polyurethane foam double over wrapped with a four-ounce super soft fiber. The entire unit is sewn into a tightly woven, down-proof casing which allows trapped air to be slowly released, thus providing you with a soft, easy settling effect with the look and feel of genuine down. The cushion will continue to wrinkle and soften over time, creating the desired “Casual Lifestyle” look. This cushion carries a five-year warranty to the original owner.
The Blendown cushion is a foam core wrapped in a blend of feather and fiber encased in a down poof casing. This cushion carries a (3) year limited warranty, which covers the loss of resiliency only. The loss of resiliency is not to be confused with normal fatigue, which occurs in all foam as a result of use aging. Frequent turning of the cushion is recommended to maximize life expectancy.

Sofa Sleeper Mattress and Sleeper MechanismOur custom innerspring mattresses are 5 1/2” thick, hypo-allergenic, and feature 300 oven tempered coils. the luxurious damask ticking is richly quilted top and sides to provide outstanding comfort. The queen mattress measures 72″long by 60″. The tubular steel sleeper mechanism has fully riveted stress points and is designated for maximum durability. The mattress carries a 7-year warranty and the mechanism carries a warranty of 2 years to original owner.

Curbside/ Drop Shipping Charges

The “Curbside/Drop Shipments” are delivered via Motor Freight. This type delivery is cost effective to areas where “In Home Delivery” is expensive.  The items being delivered  are not unwrapped and carried into the house or business. It is the customer’s responsibility to have able bodied help to unload the merchandise and carry it into the house or business. Before delivery, the shipping company will call the customer a day in advance to arrange for delivery.

Delivery to business location

If you ship your order to a business location, you may deduct $40 off your motor freight cost. Note: this must be a business located in a commercial area with regular hours. Home office locations do not qualify for this discount.

Special Needs Deliveries

Most deliveries will fall into the “normal delivery” category, however, there are situations where we may have to collect charges for special needs deliveries. These include: homeowner association restrictions, island locations or any other situation that may require sub-contractors or additional costs to make a delivery. Generally, if you don’t think your situation is unusually difficult it probably is not. If you are aware of any unusually difficult delivery requirements please advise us at the time of order to avoid any unexpected charges.
