Manufacture Warranty
He manufacture warrants to the original retail purchaser, the frame to be free from manufacturing defect for one year, upholstered in original fabric, under normal use. Warranty does not apply to furniture for commercial purposes of furniture altered from it original state.
Springs Systems carry a 3 year limited warranty which applies to broken springs. Springs normally soften with age and this is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Deluxe seat cushions and other cushions, padding and filling are warranted for 1 year against loss of resiliency, loss of filling materials through open seams, and shifting of materials. Do not confuse loss of resiliency with softening. Softening occurs through normal use and is not a manufacturing defect. Also, filling materials soften to conform to user’s shape, but this is also normal and not a manufacturing defect. Cushions must be flipped routinely to assure maximum comfort and life.
Motion mechanism – recliner , swivel rocker, and sleepers – are warranted for 1 year. Commercial use or customer abuse are excluded. General workmanship and materials, excluding fabric are all warranted for one year.
All other labor and materials excluding fabric and leather are warranted for one year.
The most visible part of your new furniture, the fabric or leather cover, is also the one that will likely show the earliest sight of normal wear and use. Fabric wear ability varies widely and is very difficult to predict. Brilliant color, surface texture, and a pleasing touch, are sought after qualities in upholstery fabric that may have a trade-off in durability.
Your Satisfaction with your fabric and leather wear will depend on both your use and care and a Realistic view on what you should expect from material performance. It cannot be guaranteed that your fabric or leather selection will perform exactly as you expect.
Our fabric/leather warranty is based on the warranty of our suppliers. Fabric/leather suppliers do NOT warranty any material against fading, pilling, fuzzing, flattening or los of nap, shrinking, staining, peeling, or matting. There fore: We do not warranty any fabric or any leather materials.
In Home Delivery Only
This manufacture does not offer the “Drop Shipping Option”. Therefore, all shipments from this manufacture must be “In Home Deliveries”. In home deliveries offer the convenience of having the furniture brought into your home and setup. However, this type of delivery takes longer to coordinate with the shipping companies. The “In Home Deliveries” take approximately 6 to 10 weeks to deliver.
