Our Indoor Wicker and Rattan Furniture is suitable for use in any indoor area, including an enclosed patio . The temperature of the room is not important as long as the furniture is not placed in a solarium that has six hours or more of sun and does not have a protective film. To be fair, any type of furniture would be damaged in room subject to extreme temperatures.  The extreme temperature often present in such a room will reduce the life of the product. A Sunroom with a roof not made of glass will not significantly reduce the life of the product.  Also, if you place natural rattan or wicker in a sunroom that gets a lot of sunlight it’s a good idea to use an indoor/outdoor fabric. This fabric will not fad as fast as indoor only fabric. Cold temperatures will not hurt rattan and wicker furniture. Rattan is a pole type material whereas wicker is make from banana leaf , rattan peel, straw, grasses and other natural materials. Wicker Furniture is made by weaving the wicker  between the rattan poles in different designs and patterns. Needless to say this an intricate process and therefore, wicker furniture tends to be a bit more expensive than just rattan furniture.

All of our wicker furniture is made to last a long time. In fact, a big part of our business is making replacement cushions. These cushions are made to replace the original cushions for furniture that is still in great shape after many years of use.
