Just a note to let you know that the wicker doll armoire that I ordered for my granddaughter on December 21 arrived in time and that she was thrilled with it.

I wanted to let you know that I appreciate all the extra effort you put forth to make a little girl happy and her grandmother still looking good!

In this day and age I find very few people are willing to go the extra mile for an unknown customer – I feel very fortunate that you are not one of them.
