The Naples Wicker Sunroom Set evokes a feeling of a warmth and comfort. A great addition to any sunroom, living room or enclosed porch. At home at a coastal retreat, cozy country cottage or lakeside condo.
Construction: All natural handwoven rattan and wicker with pineapple design feet. All Seat cushions are made with quality high density foam wrapped in Dacron, with poly-fill backs. Decking is made with webbing for greater comfort.
Limited Guarantee
We are proud of our workmanship and quality. All of our indoor and porch wicker frames are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects for the life of the product, when used in a non-commercial residential environment. Wear and tear and natural weathering are not covered by warranty. All items weather. Colors will change. Paint colors will fade with time, and will wear, especially when used outdoors or under cover. Bindings may change color and will weather as well. We cannot guarantee fabrics or cushions, as fading, mildew, and wear are not necessarily guaranteed by fabric mills, or by foam suppliers.
Commercial Guarantee:
Frames used in commercial and contract use are guaranteed for one year from the time purchased from Tribor to be free of manufacturer’s defects.
Notes on Warranty:
Residential and Commercial Warranty only covers frames to be free of defects. Normal wear and tear are not covered by warranty. Damage caused by what is deemed by Tribor as abuse or improper use is not covered by warranty.
Tribor reserves the right to inspect damage directly or from photos. Original invoice or proof of purchase is required when making a warranty claim. All claims must be in writing.
Tribor not responsible in paying freight (incoming or outgoing) for warranty replacements or repair. Returned items must have return authorization and be sent to us freight prepaid. If we determine that there is a manufacturer’s defect in the item(s), we reserve the right to repair or replace items at our discretion. If there is no replacement available, Tribor reserves the right to choose what we deem to be a suitable replacement.
Replaced items may not be exact matches for items previously purchased. Changes to color and design may occur any time at our discretion, therefore we cannot guarantee that replacement items will match with older items.
Changes to our guarantee and warranty program may occur at any time without notification.
Frame colors and wear of colors are not covered by warranty.
The “Curbside/Drop Shipments” are delivered via Motor Freight. This type delivery is cost effective to areas where “In Home Delivery” is expensive. The items being delivered are not unwrapped and carried into the house or business. It is the customer’s responsibility to have able bodied help to unload the merchandise and carry it into the house or business. Before delivery, the shipping company will call the customer a day in advance to arrange for delivery.
If a customer is unable to receive a curbside/dropship delivery they must notify us at the time of order.
Curbside Delivery Alternatives
If a customer is unable to receive a curbside/drop ship delivery they must notify us at the time of ORDER. If special arrangements are necessary, additional expense will apply depending on the customer’s needs. For example, a *”Threshold Delivery” would add an additional charge of around $75, a lift-gate would add a additional cost of around $75, whereas, a “In Home Delivery” could add substantially more depending on the location. Once the order has shipped we cannot change the shipping arrangements. If a customer does not tell us of special needs at ORDER TIME but than decided to add a Threshold or Lift-gate option, the customer is responsible for any/all additional charge because they did not notify us of such needs at the time of ORDER.
* “Threshold Delivery” – Merchandise is placed into a garage or on a porch/patio. Also, the merchandise can be placed inside a doorway that is wide enough to accommodate the large boxes. If the doorway is not wide enough the merchandise would be placed in front of the doorway.
Delivery to business location
If you ship your order to a business location, you may deduct $40 off your motor freight cost. Note: this must be a business located in a commercial area with regular hours. Home office locations do not qualify for this discount.
Special Needs Deliveries
Most deliveries will fall into the “normal delivery” category, however, there are situations where we may have to collect charges for special needs deliveries. These include: homeowner association restrictions, island locations or any other situation that may require sub-contractors or additional costs to make a delivery. Generally, if you don’t think your situation is unusually difficult it probably is not. If you are aware of any unusually difficult delivery requirements please advise us at the time of order to avoid any unexpected charges.
