Natural Rattan Pole Frames:
Rattan is one of nature’s strongest renewable materials and provides sturdy, long lasting construction for home furnishings. The manufacture carries a 1 year warranty on the natural rattan pole frames against cracking, splitting, breaking or peeling due to defective assembly or workmanship. The warranty does not cover scratches, chips, breakage or other damages resulting from customers unpacking or usage. This warranty does not cover discoloration or damages resulting from direct or prolonged exposure to outdoor elements, fluid or chemical spills.
Cushions & Upholstery:
The manufacture provides a 1 year warranty on workmanship of cushions and upholstery. This covers separation at the seams and upholstery joints due to defective assembly. The warranty does not cover separation, unraveling or tearing due to misuse, vandalism or exposure to extreme conditions
