Warranty Information
Since items are handcrafted, finishes and final measurements may vary slightly.
All-weather/resin wicker with aluminum frames:
Frames and finish are covered for 3 years against defects in materials and workmanship, separation, peeling, or cracking under normal usage and exposure conditions.
This warranty does not cover scratches, chips or damages resulting from customer unpacking or usage.
This warranty does not cover discoloration or damages resulting from exposure to strong weather elements, prolonged exposure or submersions in water, fluid or chemical spills.
Cushions & Upholstery:
Sunbrella and outdura  fabrics offer a limited manufacture warranty of 5 years, and O’Bravia offers a limited manufacturer warranty of 4 years against loss of color and strength under normal usage and exposure conditions including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or extreme weather.
The manufacture provides a 1 year warranty on workmanship of cushions and upholstery. This covers separation at the seams and upholstery joints due to defective assembly. The warranty does not cover separation, unraveling or tearing due to misuse, vandalism or exposure to extreme conditions.
