This manufacturer purchases handmade wicker and rattan parts from Asia for complete assembly here in the United States. They oversee every step of production from frame to finishes, fabric to filling, inspection to boxing insuring a Standard of Excellence. All of their frames come with a 5-Year limited warranty. This 5-Year limited warrantyassures you of the quality they produce.
The Warranty
This warranty covers all defects in workmanship of materials of this manufacturer’s product for the original owner.
Frames are warranted for a period of 5 years.
Finishes are warranted for a period of 3 years.
Metal mechanisms are warranted for a period of 1 year.
Plastic and neoprene mechanisms are warranted for a period of 1 year.
Fabric and cushions are warranted for a period of 1 year.
Laminate tops are warranted for a period of 5 years.
All warranty coverage begins with the original retail purchase date.
Proper maintenance of your product is required to support the benefits of this warranty. This includes but is not limited to the owner’s annual inspection of frames and touch-up of any minor damage of the product. This warranty is voided in the event that there are indications of abuse or neglect to the furniture.
For service under this warranty contact Kozy Kingdom. Kozy Kingdom will require proof of purchase receipt including the date of purchase. Kozy Kingdom will also request that you provide photographs of the product for review by the manufacturer.
The manufacturer will review the warranty claim to determine if the product needs to be repaired or replaced. A representative of the manufacturer may visit to inspect and view the defective product.
This warranty applies only to residential use of the manufacturer’s products.
This warranty is effective on product purchased at retail only after August 1, 2010.
