Manufactures Warranty Information
One Year Limited WarrantyRattan frames carry a 1-year limited warranty, which applies to frame construction. Warranty coverage does not apply to furniture used for commercial purposes or furniture altered from its original state.

Note: A one year warranty does not mean you should expect the furniture to last for only one year. I have been in the business for over 25 years and can count on one hand the number of time it has been necessary to replace a rattan or wicker frame. In fact, a big part of my business is supplying replacement cushions to past customer after they have used their furniture for many years and need only to replace the cushions on their rattan or wicker frames.

Deluxe seat cushions and all other cushions, padding and filling materials are warranted against loss of foam resiliency, loss of filling material through loose or open seams and shifting of padding materials. Please do not confuse loss of foam resiliency with softening. Softening will occur through normal use and is not considered a manufacturing defect. In addition, filling and materials will soften to conform to the shape of the user, but also this is considered normal and not a manufacturing defect. Cushions must be flipped routinely in order to assure maximum comfort and cushion life.

All mattresses and motion mechanism – recliner, glider, swivel rocker and sleeper mechanisms – are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for 1 year. Commercial use or customer abuse is excluded from warranty.

General workmanship – including tailoring, seams, buttons, legs, casters and exposed wood parts are all warranted for 1 year.

Fabrics

Upholstery fabrics vary in grade and quality and are not covered under our warranty, i.e. fading, piling, shrinkage, soiling, etc. Certain fabrics may be warranted separately by their manufacturer. In such cases, a separate warranty statement is provided. We do, however, warrant fabric against seam slippage at the time of delivery. After market fabric protestants void all fabric warranties. It is recommended that the fabric is properly cared for with routine brushing, vacuuming and cleaning in the prescribed manor.

Fabric Yardage

Please examine closely before using. We accept no responsibility for fabric after it has been altered from its “cut yardage” state. If a problem arises with the cut yardage, we will, at your option, replace the fabric yardage or credit the fabric purchase price. I not case will we credit more than the original fabric purchase price. No third party shipments of cut yardage.

Dye lot variations results in color differences, from bolt to bolt, and may not match your fabric swatch or previous shipments.
