  We thank all of our customer for the privilege of providing them with the best wicker and rattan furniture at the lowest possible price. Whether it is a wicker mirror, hamper, chair, or a entire wicker living room, sun room, den etc. it is our pleasure to serve you. Occasionally, we have customers who take the time to write us about our wicker products and service.  All of us have very busy lives and we are especially grateful for these letters. Just to confirm that again the entire order arrived with flawless execution ... couldn't be happier ... this is the second major order you coordinated to arrive in KY while I live in TX ... my brother plans to order from you as well. Anyone who walks into a store to make a purchase or who goes on line to make a purchase and still come away feeling they have not been helped obviously have not shopped at Kozy Kingdom.  Audrey and your customer service skills are remarkable.
 
I am in LOVE with my rattan dinette set, my wall unit and my table bookcase.  I was very worried about shopping on line and you put me at ease.  When you were not available, Audrey stepped right in and put me at ease.  I will purchase from Kozy Kingdom again, and I will recommend Kozy Kingdom to my family and friends.
 
AMERICANS  are said to be the Big Spenders of the world, yet GOOD OLD FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICE is missing.  Frank, you and Audrey compliment each other, and I compliment both of you.  Keep up the good work - As a customer, who has never spoken to you face-to-face - I still appreciated the service you both gave me with a smile...........

 I purchased a wood carved TV stand with the swivel top w/casters.
I want to advise you that I am particularly pleased with my purchase. I enjoy the fact that it is so different and that it fits into my rather "electric" style of decorating.

My wife said she had never seen packing as thorough as you packed our furniture, nor have I.

I want to thank you both, Frank and Audrey, for my beautiful wicker glider! It is truly stunning on my balcony over the Pacific!  I looked at every website I could find for wicker gliders, and even with the large shipping cost ($$ gas, etc ) from the East coast to the West, yours was still the prettiest and best! I don’t regret it one bit.  The sides have delicate wicker panels covering the mechanism, which really appealed to me.  It is a lovely piece and glides perfectly smoothly.
Thanks for picking up the phone at your home even in your leisure time – you two are great and I hope to meet you someday when I am back in the tri-state area.  :)

 and I am very happy with them, the colors so rich and bright, nice and white. They are beautiful shelves, and they look great in my living room, on either side of a dark brown dresser under a
mirror that is on the wall. They make a great contrast to the darker pieces in the living room; these are the first white pieces of furniture in the room, and they look great The packaging of the furniture was done exceptionally well also. I just received my order and felt compelled to let you know how pleased I am.  I was hesitant to order over the internet, just by seeing a picture and not knowing how sturdy the furniture would be.  I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I just wanted to drop you a note about the great service that your company provided to my family. We ordered wicker furniture for our beautiful new wraparound porch in our new location. We ordered swings and rockers and a love seat.
We have never ordered furniture online before and were a bit concerned about ordering something without seeing it. We did not have to worry because all of the furniture was as presented on your website.
We live now in Arizona. We also had a concern about having items shipped across the country from your location.
